What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply chain coordination, plant operations, or related manufacturing support functions, Ability to work in an environment of high customer delivery expectations, a high level of manufacturing execution, and a high level of change, Sales & Operations (S&OP) process understanding, inventory management process understanding, Customer Service process understanding, leadership skills, project management skills, communication skills, computer skills, ability to work in Excel, ability to work in PowerPoint, ability to work in Outlook, ability to work in Word
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Ability to integrate Syngenta Biologicals Production & Supply-related processes into Crop Protection, Ability to contribute to Legal Entity Transfer and Legal Entity Merger of Valagro activities, Ability to build an operational model for current and future biological products, Ability to develop relationships with different groups, both inside and outside of the Syngenta organization, Ability to demonstrate strategic and tactical thinking by turning long-term objectives into practical plans, priorities, and daily decisions that support performance, supply reliability, and continuous improvement

Drive S4 HANA integration by sustaining Syngenta Biologicals processes and systems
