You will drive operational excellence by transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing system functionality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will strengthen planning capabilities, improve visibility, and enable better decision-making across the organization. ### ### **Location:** On‑site at our Memphis, TN facility. ## ## **What Will You Do?** ### **Data & Performance Analysis** * Analyze operational and performance data to identify **trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities**. * Develop, maintain, and enhance **KPIs and performance dashboards** across multiple departments. * Translate complex data into **clear, actionable insights** for leadership and cross‑functional teams. ### **Planning Systems Expertise** * Serve as the primary **subject matter expert for planning systems** , including **SAP and RapidResponse (Kinaxis)**. * Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, and coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve problems. * Ensure **data integrity and consistency** across all planning platforms. ### **Process & Project Development** * Lead and support **continuous improvement initiatives** focused on planning workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency. * Develop **busine
