Essential Functions… u Develop and maintain product production schedule. u Coordinate shipments of product to and from 3rd party re-packer u Coordinate the procurement of support material. u Responsible for maintaining purchasing and inventory control systems. u Manage cycle counting program – including explanation of variances. u Assist in periodic and scheduled audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data. u Manage contracts and quality assurances issues. u Provide procurement services for Production and Processing. u Analyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed for department. u Maintain accurate files. u Backup team members as needed. u Set up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules). u Maintain minimum stock dollars. u Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products. Coverage: The Procurement Manager is trained in all aspects of the Planning Procurement Coordinator job description and able to perform coverage in this position as needed.
