Their core responsibilities generally include: ## **Strategic Space Planning** The Planning Manager develops and implements space utilization strategies that align with client business objectives and real estate portfolios. This involves analyzing current space usage, forecasting future needs based on growth projections or organizational changes, and creating efficient layouts that maximize occupancy while minimizing costs.
