Ensuring timely delivery in compliance with client and authority requirements; Optimize project timelines
Industry & Context.
Analyze critical path, float, and resource allocation; Identify major risks along with action plan
Conduct regular site visits, Bilingual (English / Arabic)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in planning for Bridge, Roads and Infrastructure construction projects, Proven experience working with similar projects, familiar with their procedures, submittments, and reporting formats, Proficient in Primavera P6, Proficient in MS Project, Proficient in MS Office Suite, understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and infrastructure project workflows, Must be a bilingual candidate (English / Arabic)
Nice to Have
Abu Dhabi experience, working knowledge of Authorities procedures and standards, skills in TIA, Window analysis skills
What You'll Do.
Manage planning and scheduling activities
Prepare project schedules and reports
Prepare mitigation and/or revised schedules
Coordinate with stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery
and monitor project schedules
Integrate project milestones with Authorities approval processes
Analyze critical path
and resource allocation
Support claim preparation
Ensure compliance with project planning guidelines
Maintain and update project documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors; Coordinate with project control teams; Coordinate with document control
