What You'll Achieve.
ensure equipment availability; avoid operational downtime
Industry & Context.
technical troubleshooting; support root-cause investigations and technical evaluations
Willingness and ability to travel to offshore sites for estimated 45 days per year, if required, Possibility of traveling to employer sites (domestically and globally) as required to implement mobilizations/repairs
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.), 2 years of related engineering work experience, Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Proven organizational and planning capabilities, Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
Nice to Have
Exposure to the maritime/offshore industry, MS Project or similar Project Scheduling software, SAP or similar ERP systems
What You'll Do.
supporting the operational readiness
associated documentation packages
and technical follow‑up of special subsea equipment
related deployment tools and subsea cable laying equipment
ensuring equipment availability
compliance with governing rules and standards
and smooth coordination between the company’s base
monitoring operational status and progress of subsea trenchers
ROVs and related equipment
tracking vessel spreads’ open issues and corrective actions
supporting technical troubleshooting by liaising with company’s respective technical experts and offshore teams
conducting on-site checks and measurements
maintaining accurate records of spare parts usage and stock levels
coordinating shipments and logistics to/from vessels and worksites
ordering using company’s ERP system (SAP) and respective follow up
preparing and managing documentation required by clients or project governance
maintaining all operational documentation
such as fault reports
and configuration records
supporting the creation and updating of equipment technical dossiers and certification packages
collecting and maintaining subsea equipment’s operational data from vessel and offshore teams’ reports
performing preliminary analysis to identify trends
or performance deviations
supporting root-cause investigations and technical evaluations
drafting and revising procedures
and work instructions
ensuring documentation aligns with governing rules
regulatory requirements
and internal standards
supporting audits and verification processes related to equipment readiness and maintenance
and coordinating maintenance
mobilization/demobilization
and refurbishment works
liaising with internal departments (engineering
logistics) to ensure timely task execution
preparing work scopes and following up on progress until completion
adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations
complying with Health
Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
