What you will need to do: Planning & Scheduling * Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. * Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure schedule alignment. * Analyze project activities, critical paths, float consumption, and schedule risks. Project Controls * Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify deviations. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance indicators. * Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) and productivity assessments. * Track project milestones and recommend corrective actions to address delays. Cost Control * Monitor project costs, commitments, and budget performance. * Assist in forecasting project costs, cash flow requirements, and resource utilization. * Support the preparation of cost reports and variance analyses. * Review subcontractor progress and support payment certif
