High School Diploma or GED, Working knowledge of MS Office, strength in Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A analytical mindset, Outstanding organizational skills, Reliable, self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision, planning skills, the ability to motivate others, resolve production issues, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail, Self-starter, Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills, Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
What You'll Do.
Coordinate workflow for multiple product lines
Plan and prioritize operations for maximum performance
Monitor manufacturing to ensure timely completion
Monitor production targets
Prepare and submit status performance reports
Escalate complex issues to Manager
Communicate production status to Managers
Attend daily production meetings
Update Planning reports
Update Average Daily Shipments
Drive shop performance reporting
Analyze daily reports
Communicate data results
Assess on-floor priority levels
Adjust priority levels as needed
Evaluate resource allocation
Re-direct work as needed

Works with every department within the company; Communicate production status to Managers; Attend daily production meetings
