We now have an exciting opportunity for a Planning & Scheduling Lead to join our Engineering team at the Geelong Refinery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and governance of integrated maintenance plans and schedules across the Refinery to ensure that planning and scheduling practices are consistent, accurate, and aligned. Your leadership will enable informed decision‑making, risk management assessment, economically considered repair strategies and performance tracking. Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling Leadership * Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project and refinery maintenance schedules. * Establish and enforce planning and scheduling standards, methodologies, and best practices. * Provide subject matter expertise on planning tools, processes, and controls. * Ensure alignment between strategic plans, operational plans, and detailed schedules. Schedule Development & Control * Develop baseline schedules, including scope, sequencing, dependencies, resource loading and milestones. * Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and input corrective actions. * Manage critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and what‑if scenario modelling. * Maintain version control and auditability
