Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field, 1–2 years’ experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting or related finance work, Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and basic financial modelling, Good written and spoken English, Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools, Progress toward or completion of a professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA), Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or consumer goods finance, Familiarity with driver-based forecasting, budgeting cycles and variance analysis, Experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders and supporting decision making, Experience in automation or reporting improvement initiatives

Full Job Description
You will support planning and forecasting for GSK in Poland. You will work closely with finance, commercial and regional teams to prepare and challenge monthly and annual forecasts. You will analyse performance, create clear management reports, and help improve forecasting processes. We value curiosity, clear communication and collaboration. This role offers strong learning, visible impact and and a clear path to grow while contributing to GSK’s mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. _**Key responsibilities:**_ * Maintain and update financial models to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts. * Consolidate inputs from local and regional teams and coordinate planning cycles. * Analyse variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and provide clear explanations. * Produce monthly management reports and materials to support leadership decisions. * Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities. * Propose and support process and system improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. _Why You?
