What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary interface between Rolls-Royce and designated suppliers for the planning and delivery of purchased components.
Ensure materials are available to meet production and overhaul schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Lead supplier performance reviews
resolve delivery issues
and implement recovery plans as needed.
Regularly visit suppliers to understand their working practices
production facilities/capabilities and current status to agreed plans and identify where risks could occur
Analyse material requirements using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to generate accurate purchase orders.
Monitor and track supplier schedules
and capacity to align with changing business demand.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery performance and optimize inventory.
Support onboarding of new suppliers or parts by coordinating initial orders
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards
including Export Control and Health
Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.

You will play a critical role in supplier management, material planning, capacity alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
