Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, Minimum 3–5 years of experience in planning or operations support within water treatment, utilities, industrial plants, or process industries, Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and reporting tools

Nice to Have

Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, Knowledge of water treatment plant operations and maintenance processes, Experience with SAP/CMMS systems

Full Job Description

The Analyst II – Planning is responsible for supporting operational planning, maintenance scheduling, resource coordination, and performance monitoring activities for the MASA Water Treatment Plant. The role ensures efficient plant operations through accurate planning, data analysis, preventive maintenance coordination, and reporting while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. ### Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans for the water treatment plant. * Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of planned activities. * Monitor plant performance indicators, operational efficiency, and maintenance schedules. * Analyze operational data and generate reports to support management decision-making. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems. * Ensure availability of required manpower, materials, spare parts, and resources for scheduled activities. * Support shutdown planning, turnaround activities, and emergency maintenance coordination. * Maintain records of work orders, equipment history, operational logs, and planning documentation. * Assist in identifying operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding planned activities and service schedules. * Prepare KPI reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for management review. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in planning or operations support within water treatment, utilities, industrial plants, or process industries. * Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling is preferred. * Knowledge of water treatment pla
