What You'll Do.
Running replenishment for all SR Offline Full Price doors
Managing the entire ordering process for all products and materials
Converting long term forecast strategy into short term replenishment
Stock up for event planning
Monitoring inventory at store and cluster level
Managing the transfer process at the end of the season
Supporting the planning team in ensuring balanced inventory
Supporting the planning team in ensuring balanced assortment
Supporting the planning team in meeting sales targets
Creating forecast & demand relevant reports
Creating topic related ad hoc reporting

A world of wonder awaits you. **About the job** Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Running replenishment for all SR Offline Full Price doors and managing the entire ordering process for all products and materials * Converting long term forecast strategy into short term replenishment on store level including stock up for event planning * Being main point of contact to Swarovski Retail doors in DACH region * Monitoring inventory at store and cluster level and managing the transfer process at the end of the season; ensuring all KPIs are met * Supporting the planning team in ensuring that a balanced inventory and assortment is maintained as also sales targets are met * Creating forecast & demand relevant reports as also topic related ad hoc reporting **About you** We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: * Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of retail and merchandising KPIs * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis of large datasets * Experience with replenishment, allocation, ERP tools, or retail planning processes is a plus * Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a collaborative team-player mentality * Fluency in German and English **What we offer** You can expect a range of benefits, including: * Permanent contract (after 6 months probationary period) * 30 days’ vacation * Hybrid working model * Training and development * Pension allowance * Travel allowance * Home office allowance * Discounts
