3-5 years of work experience in the field of SCM, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities, Showing proficiency in MS Office, Demonstrating knowledge of supply chain management, Possessing excellent arithmetical abilities, Having experience with data analysis, Being proficient in planning software, Experience using SAP, Project management experience, Industry-specific experience

What You'll Do.

Schedule customer orders according to their requested delivery date and monitor material availability in order to secure and improve the on time delivery key performance indicators

Analyze demand and supply to identify material shortages and other problems in supply chain in order to develop resolutions

Work closely with the supply planning teams to provide priorities and allocations if needed

Lead operations teams as part of your planner role to fulfill customer requirements on time

Manage customer escalations and drive internal escalations to improve customer satisfaction and to meet the company quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate material call-off from the sourcing sites to the distribution centers

Increase inventory turn rate and balance between customer service- and inventory level

Assist Supply Chain Management processes like Buffer Management and Lead Time Indicator in order to the improve accuracy and to drive optimizations

Release pick lists to trigger and manage the staging and logistic process

Track and trace on-time-delivery performance in the form of required meeting cycles

data reporting and process improvements

Represent Planning and Supply Chain Management within the Sales Organization to answer requests regarding lead times

material availabilities and push outs in a timely manner

Lead and push continuous improvements in terms of on time delivery performance

production utilization

order confirmation time and lead time reductions

Contribute to strategic concepts as part of a Sales and Operations Planning team
