What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of construction scheduling experience, at least 3+ years Data Center experience, English communication is a must
Nice to Have
PSP certification is preferred
What You'll Do.
Review and analyze existing MSP schedules
Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules
Monitor progress and periodically update schedules
Develop schedule reports
Create and maintain schedule key performance indicators
Lead schedule meetings with Contractors
Assist client’s Director of scheduling
Review Time Impact Analysis
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work with the construction team to mitigate any potential delays; Lead schedule meetings with the Contractors and client construction teams; provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors; Ability to interfere and effectively communicate with cross functional project stakeholders
Communication Scope
English communication is a must; Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Process & Methodology
programme management, project management, cost management, asset management, commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain
