If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a **Planner Scheduler** located at the **Aguascalientes Site, Mexico.** Reporting to the **Materials Director** , the Planner Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring continuous material flow, and maintaining system accuracy, collaborating with operations to optimize processes and work order follow‑up. ### What a typical day looks like: • Create daily production schedules. • Ensure deadlines are met. • Ensure scheduling efficiency through the use of CTB (Clear to Build). • Serve as a liaison between the material account manager and program teams in demand management. • Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity matters. • Plan efficient process transactions with production personnel to ensure zero downtime. • Ensure smooth transaction of the manufacturing process to raw materials. • Develop strategies and collaborate with operations teams on capacity and equipment utilization. • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw materials to the finished product stage. • Provide training to staff members when necessary. • Report on key metrics as required. • Preparation of specific management and CFT reports. • Monitor system accuracy on a daily/weekly basis / item master data, routing, bill of materials, CFT data / unconsumed demand, planned work orders, data analysis from capacity studies. • Follow up on Work Orders. ### The e
