Must Have
Experience in a similar position, Knowledge of BAAN, Knowledge of inventory, kitting, and cycle counts, Knowledge of Flex Flow, Experience in personnel management
Nice to Have
Intermediate English desirable, Knowledge of Kinaxis as a plus
What You'll Do.
coordinating daily production schedules
ensuring continuous material flow
maintaining system accuracy
Create daily production schedules
Ensure deadlines are met
Ensure scheduling efficiency through the use of CTB (Clear to Build)
Serve as a liaison between the material account manager and program teams in demand management
Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity matters
Plan efficient process transactions with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
Ensure smooth transaction of the manufacturing process to raw materials
Develop strategies and collaborate with operations teams on capacity and equipment utilization
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw materials to the finished product stage
Provide training to staff members when necessary
Report on key metrics as required
Preparation of specific management and CFT reports
Monitor system accuracy on a daily/weekly basis / item master data
CFT data / unconsumed demand
data analysis from capacity studies
Follow up on Work Orders
