ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Planner to support hours planning and workforce modeling across our fulfillment and pharmacy operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that labor plans are not only accurate, but actionable and effectively executed across the network. The Planner will translate forecasted demand into weekly hours targets using established frameworks, while owning visibility into plan performance and driving follow-through with cross-functional partners. The Planner will play a critical role in connecting planning outputs to real-world execution—tracking performance, identifying gaps, and contributing to continuous improvements in planning models, assumptions, and processes over time.
