You will develop and execute operational plans that align demand, materials, and capacity to meet customer expectations. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, minimizing risk, and continuously improving planning performance metrics. ### ### **Location:** On‑site at our Monument, CO facility. ## ## **What Will You Do?** * Work with Business Units and customers to develop a collaborative demand plan through execution of the **Demand Management Process**. * Create a **Master Schedule** using resource analysis, including material and capacity sizing. * Load and maintain the Master Schedule within the Jabil **ERP system**. * Develop and maintain a feasible production plan and partner closely with Operations to ensure successful execution. * Develop revenue forecasts and monitor actual performance; drive corrective actions and recovery plans when targets are at risk. * Monitor planning metrics and drive **continuous improvement**. * Serve as a customer interface for demand planning and shipment coordination. * Ensure compliance with company security policies and operational procedures. * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ## **Management & Supervisory Responsibilities** * Typically reports to Management .
