What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 2 years Project and/or Material Management Planning/Scheduling experience required, Experience in a high technological manufacturing Environment or similar, required, Post Secondary Education, Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Possess fundamental knowledge of supply chain activities, including raw materials, manufactured assemblies and complex Bills of Material Structures, Understand intrinsically, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), demand & supply, material transactions, WIP & inventory management

Nice to Have

Designation in Business, Operations, any Technical related field, SCMP or Materials Management an asset

Organize weekly Planning meetings

Weekly presentation of KPIs

Ensure timely communication of the weekly plan

Ensures Manufacturing Shop Orders are scheduled

Shop Order maintenance

Shop Order Cost review

Production Documentation release

Routine auditing of sub-assembly WIP

Management of Component Repair Order

Application of design changes

Timely release of Demand driven Purchase Requisitions

Regular maintenance of Project driven demands

Support Quality Assurance

Participate & provide feedback for Material Review Board actions

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaison between Project Management & Manufacturing through Operations Planning; Organize weekly Planning meetings with Project Managers; Ensure timely communication of the weekly plan as well as any changes or anomalies with scheduling, to key stakeholders such as Procurement, Manufacturing and Commercial teams; Support Quality Assurance with the accuracy of the As-Built configuration; Participate & provide feedback for Material Review Board actions
