We offer a place where you can feel safe, be supported, and make an impact so we can all focus on the future together. **Job Summary** The purpose of this position is to oversee application of capacity to demand and inventory levels for near-term planning and long-term projections through analysis and prioritization of forecasts, raw materials, wip and finished goods production to meet customer requirements. The position involves forecast production planning, informed inventory replenishment, efficient equipment scheduling and working cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, maintenance and fellow facilities. **Essential Functions** * Champion and participate in all company Safety and Contiuous Improvement programs. * Create efficient, accurate equipment schedules for 24/7 manufacturing. * Participate in raw materials inventory replenishment planning and ordering. * Monitor Customer demand and inventory levels, initiate resupply and production orders. * Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance and fellow facilities * Develop and maintain Forecast Production Plans for analysis and reporting of demand compared with available capacity and actual production outcomes. * Provide directional guidance on staffing requirements and equipment priorities. * Coordinate real-time information with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Wharehouse to ensur
