Must Have
3-5 years of experience in brand/package/commerce design, Package design practical experience, Basic understanding of printing processes and materials, Online commerce detail page design experience, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, Ability to understand design intent and express it visually, Effective communication in a collaborative environment, Portfolio submission required

What You'll Do.
Execute designs according to PL brand identity guidelines
Develop and renew new and existing SKU package designs
Apply designs considering package structure and printing specifications
Create detail page designs
Support visualization of product USP and information structure from consumer perspective
Complete design deliverables in collaboration with related departments
Support operation of design guidelines and work processes
Support insight generation through market and competitor trend research
