In this role, you’ll be responsible for running a busy pizza section, ensuring strong mise‑en‑place and consistently high-quality dishes. You’ll prepare, cook, and present pizzas from the menu in line with company standards, while maintaining pace and precision during service. You’ll also be responsible for upholding hygiene, safety, and the correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils at all times.
