Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve program execution
Frequent travel, 2-3 weekends per month, Available to work weekends and travel based on event dates, Frequent travel, Work nights and weekends
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Former experience playing or coaching collegiate sports (preferably baseball or softball), 4–5 years of experience in event operations, relationship building, and program/partner development, understanding of the youth baseball/softball landscape, Experience managing event data operations, registration platforms, and reporting dashboards, Experience in partnership activation and stakeholder communications planning, Available to work weekends and travel based on event dates, Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines, Exceptional written and oral communication skills, work ethic with team player mentality, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with MLB/MiLB clubs, youth sports partners, or national governing bodies
