Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, 2–5+ years in piping design, drafting, or BIM modeling, Autodesk Revit MEP: Advanced proficiency required, AutoCAD: Proficient, Understanding of piping layout principles, material selection, and 3D visualization, Experience with prefabrication or shop drawings, Familiarity international code like ASME, ASTM

What You'll Do.
Create 3D BIM models of piping systems
Develop and maintain Revit project-specific families
Ensure models and drawings adhere to standards
Produce 2D AUTOCAD drawing
Ensure design/proposal drawing are in accordance
Assist/prepare As-built drawing
Extract material schedules and BOQ
