About the Role We are seeking a Pipeline Engineer / Manager to lead natural gas pipeline engineering, design oversight, and construction support for the Monarch Compute Campus microgrid. With 864 reciprocating gas engines in Phase 1 alone, gas delivery infrastructure is foundational to Monarch's reliability — and you will own its technical integrity. Based in Houston, you will lead the in-house pipeline engineering function, manage relationships with midstream partners and EPC contractors, and ensure that every mile of pipe, every regulator station, and every meter run delivers reliable molecules to Mason County safely and on schedule. This is a senior individual contributor / lead role with the opportunity to grow a team as Monarch scales.
