What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a closely related field, Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience supporting capital projects in pipeline construction, welding, and inspection, At least 3 years' experience developing and maintaining governance documentation, procedures, standards, and training materials, In-depth knowledge of pipeline construction, welding processes, inspection methods, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in both the United States (e.g., PHMSA) and Canada (CER), Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and to exert influence without direct authority, Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills, Demonstrated expertise in applicable pipeline construction codes and standards such as CSA Z662, API 1104, ASME B31.4 and B31.8, Experience participating in audits and implementing quality assurance programs in compliance with company and industry standards, Experience with digital project delivery platforms and daily reporting systems for construction, welding, and inspection activities
