What You'll Do.
and constructing pipe systems for storm or sanitation sewers
Ensures ground is prepped and trenches dug out for pipes
Aligns pipes and seals joints together with cement or glue
Measuring and configuring pipe routes
Laying pipe to design grade and ensuring proper tamping of pipe
Gathering material and installation tools
Locating installed piping systems using magnetic or radio indicators
Removing old or broken piping systems
Laying pipes into trenches and applying pipe spacers
Checking pipe alignment and sealing pipes with cement glue
Installing auxiliary lines
Sealing exposed pipe joints and fittings
Filling and sealing pipe trenches

As we start up with another busy season, we are looking to add **Pipelayers - Pipelayer Helpers** to our **Underground Water & Sewer Division**. **Pipelayers** are responsible for assembling, connecting, and constructing pipe systems for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. Ensures ground is prepped and trenches dug out for pipes. Aligns pipes and seals joints together with cement or glue.
