Must Have
3,000+ hours and a strong operational background, 1000 hours minimum mountain experience, Type ratings on Bell 407, AS350 – H125, EC120, Proficiency on sling load, Can work at night (NVG training or contract)
Nice to Have
Teaching experience, classroom and in-helicopter instruction - an asset
What You'll Do.
Provide high-quality flight training to military and civilian students
and compliance with Transport Canada and FAA regulations.
Organize ground and flight training sessions for students of varying experience levels.
Create and execute customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and progress.
Monitor and evaluate student performance
providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Ensure proper aircraft maintenance by conducting pre- and post-flight inspections and reporting any issues.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records
including flight logs and performance evaluations.
Stay informed about industry best practices
and regulatory changes.
Organize check flights
and assist students in preparing for certification or course completion.
Coordinate with flight school staff to efficiently schedule lessons
