Experience in Pilates program design, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds, 1 year of personal training experience, 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment, Certified Pilates Trainer, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field

Develop client programs
Instruct private Pilates classes
Instruct group Pilates classes
Monitor clients during training
Instruct clients on equipment use
Conduct fitness consultations
Assess and recommend training programs
Promote Pilates training programs
Sell Group Fitness classes
Sell Personal Training
Complete administrative requirements
Maintain studio cleanliness
Educate members on health issues
