1 year of personal training experience, Experience in Pilates program design, Certified Pilates Trainer, Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds, CPR and AED Certified
