1 year personal training experience, Experience in Pilates program design, Certified Pilates Trainer, Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate
What You'll Do.
and comprehensive client programs
Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates training sessions
Conduct fitness consultations for new clients
Assess and recommend Pilates training programs
Instruct both private and group Pilates classes
Promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes
Promote and sell Group Fitness classes
Promote and sell Personal Training
Complete all administrative requirements
Maintain the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
Remain current on certifications and new trends
Educate members on current health and fitness issues
Provide superior customer service
Document all aspects of client programming
Remain current on credentials and continuing education
Provide fitness floor assistance to all members
