Must Have
Experience in Pilates program design, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds, Certified Pilates Trainer, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
What You'll Do.
Supporting all members in championing happier
Providing a positive member experience that is educational
and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand
and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
Instructing both private and group Pilates classes
Monitoring and instructing clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
Conducting fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs
Promoting and selling Pilates training programs and classes
Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
Completing all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
Maintaining the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
Remaining current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Educating members on current health and fitness issues and trends
