Job Description CEDA is currently seeking a Picker Operator for our Lloydminster location for a Well Pad Decommissioning Program with our Client. We are seeking skilled and safety-focused personnel to support a Well Pad Decommissioning Program. The scope of work includes the safe decommissioning, dismantling, and reclamation of well pad facilities, ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and client safety procedures. Successful candidates will work as part of a collaborative team responsible for equipment removal, facility demolition, site remediation support, and overall project execution. A strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and operational excellence is essential. Our work is difficult but we get it done safely and with great people Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain picker trucks and/or boom trucks * Haul, load, and off-load equipment * Understand and obey all provincial and federal highway rules and regulations * Ensure equipment meets operation and safety requirements * Practice proper legal load securement * Take part in all safety meetings
