Must Have
Master’s Degree in Science (Physiotherapy), 1 year related experience, Experience in acute care hospital environment, Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Complies with the legislation outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act, Complies with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Able to perform physical demands of the job, Demonstrates competence with departmental and hospital safety, Recognizes and acts within scope and limitations of physiotherapist, Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment, Ability to function in an independent, self-directed manner, Computer proficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with acute Surgical and Oncology patient population, Oxygen titration and suctioning experience, Rostering of skills, Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Experience in assessment and treatment of ICU patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of General Internal Medicine patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of Nephrology patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of Cardiac patients
