Must Have
Master's Degree in Science (Physiotherapy), One (1) year related experience, Oxygen titration experience, Suctioning experience, Rostering of skills, Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, Complies with the legislation outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act, (1991), Complies with the Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Able to perform the physical demands of the job, Demonstrates competence with departmental and hospital safety, emergency and infection control procedures, Recognizes and acts within the scope and limitations of the physiotherapist, Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment, Ability to function in an independent, self-directed manner, Computer proficiency, Experience in an acute care hospital environment essential
Nice to Have
Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Experience in assessment and treatment of critical care patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of surgical patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of GIM patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of oncology patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of nephrology patients, Experience in assessment and treatment of cardiac patients
