What They're Looking For.

Must Have

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine with active board certification in Family Medicine, At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency, Active medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states, Availability to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of your regular schedule, Solid understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements related to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers, The ability to work independently while managing a high volume of patient interactions through video and chat, Comfort navigating telehealth platforms and EMR systems, with adaptability to evolving technology including AI-driven tools and digital platforms, Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote work, Reliable high-speed internet access is required, Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills, Willingness to be part of a group medical practice, A growth and learning mindset

Nice to Have

Telehealth experience strongly preferred, 5 additional state licenses, Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed

What You'll Do.

Conducting comprehensive virtual assessments

and evidence-based treatment planning

Managing and coordinating care for chronic conditions

Providing preventive care

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results

Prescribing medications

Handling referrals and prior authorizations

Managing scheduling and follow-up outreach

Completing administrative tasks

Accurately and thoroughly documenting tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Completing compliance

Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes

Participating in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives

Meeting or exceeding established performance standards

Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners

Maintaining compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, chart review, care consultation, and mentorship consistent with applicable state laws and internal collaboration agreements
