What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine, Active board certification in Family Medicine, At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency, Active medical licenses in at least one of the following states: CA, TX, or FL, HIPAA and confidentiality standards
Nice to Have
Telehealth experience strongly preferred, Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states is strongly preferred, Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed, Solid understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements related to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers, Adaptability to evolving technology including AI-driven tools and digital platforms, Willingness to be part of a group medical practice, Growth and learning mindset
What You'll Do.
virtual-first primary care
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments
and evidence-based treatment planning
Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
Provide preventive care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
Handle referrals and prior authorizations
Manage scheduling and follow-up outreach
Accurately and thoroughly document tasks and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes
Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives
Meet or exceed established performance standards
Serve as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight, chart review, care consultation, and mentorship consistent with applicable state laws and internal collaboration agreements
