What They're Looking For.
Must Have
MD or DO degree, Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine, Active board certification in Family Medicine, At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency, Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, HIPAA compliance
Nice to Have
Telehealth experience, Eligibility for expedited licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) in 5 additional states, Willingness to obtain additional state licenses, Solid understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements related to physician collaboration and supervision of Advanced Practice Providers, Comfort navigating telehealth platforms and EMR systems, Adaptability to evolving technology including AI-driven tools and digital platforms, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Ability to manage time effectively, Reliable high-speed internet access, Growth and learning mindset
What You'll Do.
virtual-first primary care
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments
Diagnose and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
Provide preventive care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations
Handle referrals and prior authorizations
Manage scheduling and follow-up outreach
Accurately document tasks and communications in EMR
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and processes
Participate in clinical quality and process improvement initiatives
Meet or exceed performance standards
Serve as a collaborating physician for NPs
and mentorship to NPs
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Collaborating closely with colleagues; Serving as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners; Providing oversight, chart review, care consultation, and mentorship to NPs
