Must Have
Required Doctorate. State of Michigan Physician (MD) or Osteopathic Physician (DO) license upon hire. State of Michigan DEA Registration upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC) within 120 days. Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA) within 120 days.
