Develop candidate acquisition strategies
Prepare candidate paperwork
Distribute candidate paperwork
Serve as primary contact
Facilitate on-site interviews
Educate business partners
Consult business partners
Collaborate with business partners
Maintain departmental knowledge base
Prepare recruitment summaries
Participate in recruitment meetings
Inform business partners about search progress
Perform duties per standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge base
