What They're Looking For.

Must Have

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain), BLS and ACLS certification

Nice to Have

NRP preferred, Experience managing obstetric emergencies and L&D coverage preferred, Commitment to providing equitable and culturally competent care

What You'll Do.

Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery

Manage obstetric emergencies

and inpatient consults

Collaborate closely with midwives

and anesthesiology staff to ensure safe

patient-centered care

Document care in compliance with BMC and departmental standards

Participate in handoffs and maintain effective communication across the care team

Inpatient GYN consults and surgical management

as well as ED gyn consults
