What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license, Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program, BLS certification, Active AZ fingerprint clearance card, Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
What You'll Do.
Delivering direct patient care
Evaluating and treating clinic patients in accordance with standards of care
Following levels of medical care and quality for patients and monitoring care using available data and chart reviews
Assisting in the coordination of patient services
Completing all medical record documentation in a timely manner
Following policy and protocol defined by Clinical Leadership and BCBSAZ
Meeting with other departments to discuss quality of care
Participating in potential growth opportunities for new or existing services
Assuring personal compliance with licensing
and accrediting bodies
Building relationships with other healthcare providers
social/community organizations
and marketing partners
May include extended hours
Perform all other duties as assigned

Acting as an active participant and key source of medical expertise with the care team through daily huddles; Setting a tone of cooperation in practice by displaying a professional and approachable demeanor; Building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
