Key Responsibilities Physicians provide primary and/or specialty medical care in a variety of ambulatory, home and long-term care settings. The Physician is responsible for providing medical leadership to advanced practice providers such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The Physician will function in collaboration with providers according to a Collaboration Arrangement. The Physician’s practice will focus on caring for the seriously ill population while providing advanced primary care capabilities to assist patients and families with comfort and quality of life.
