What You'll Do.
Provides surgical first assist in the operating room and may include rounding on patients pre and post operatively.
Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Collaborate with surgeon and OR care team throughout surgical case.
Complete peri-operative and quality improvement tasks as assigned.
