Must Have
Graduate of approved school for Physical Therapy Assistants, Documentation of approval to practice as a PTA by the Physical Therapy Board of California, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, Current PPD, Valid Drivers License Class C, Automobile Insurance
Nice to Have
One year of experience in acute care, One year of experience in home health, One year of experience in community health setting, One year of experience in a home health setting, Direct patient care experience within the past five years
