Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides therapy and rehabilitation services to patients as a compassionate caregiver who is dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and mobility. This is achieved by developing and implementing treatment plans that include appropriate exercises, procedures, and techniques to support a safe and effective recovery. This is a part-time, Monday through Friday role, with a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone interested in working 2–3 hours per day, typically in the afternoons, though there is flexibility based on your availability. ## Key Responsibilities    Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluation and treatment according to American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) standards of practice and the State Practice Act. Performs physical therapy in person. Develop and implement a patient-centered plan of care based on initial and ongoing evaluations while adjusting the patient’s schedule and plan according to their progress. Implement a plan of treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
