Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy, CPR certification
Nice to Have
One year of physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting or clinical affiliation in area of pediatrics
What You'll Do.
Evaluate pediatric and select adult patients
Administer physical therapy treatment
Fabricate or recommend adaptive equipment
Document evaluation results or patient progress
Provide patient and family education
Develop and administer therapeutic treatment
Utilize developmental activities and modalities
Modify treatment plan accordingly
Maintain administrative functions of caseload
Educate on treatment goals and therapy plans
Instruct on therapeutic activities to follow at home
or provide adaptive equipment
Fit patient and instruct on use of item
Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses
Identify patient’s strengths and deficits
Develop an individualized treatment plan
