**Physical Therapist Director** **The Opportunity** A Front Royal outpatient physical therapy office is seeking a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time leadership role. This position offers a steady Monday-Friday schedule, competitive annual pay of **$90,000-$120,000** , and the chance to lead patient care in a clinic-based setting. The Physical Therapist Director will work closely with patients and staff each day. The right candidate will know how to manage evaluations, treatment planning, staff questions, documentation standards, and the normal moving parts of an outpatient clinic. **Your Work Will Include** * Evaluating new patients and identifying therapy goals * Providing hands-on physical therapy treatment * Leading outpatient clinical services and daily staff coordination * Supporting therapists with treatment progression and care decisions * Monitoring patient outcomes and clinical documentation * Ensuring compliance with clinic policies and payer expectations * Helping the team stay organized during busy clinic days * Building positive working relationships with patients and referral sources **Requirements** * Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia or eligible for Virginia licensure * Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one * Outpatient physical therapy experience required * Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred * Strong documentation, communication, and clinical decision-making skills * Ability to balance direct care with operational leadership **Benefits** PTO, Health Insurance, and 401K Plan with 3% Company Match **If you are ready for a leadership seat in outpatient therapy, this role gives you room to manage care, support staff, and help shape clinic standards.**
