What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
Nice to Have
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or sports rehabilitation
What You'll Do.
Perform initial evaluations
and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic treatment including manual therapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
Supervise and delegate treatment to up to two (2) Full-Time Equivalent Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Wisconsin regulations
Collaborate with chiropractic providers to coordinate integrated treatment plans
Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
and compliant EMR documentation
